1. About quality and warranty:

Quality control is most important for all parties. Our QC department is very efficient based on a wealth experience. We require our QC person to offer a report for each order .We work hard to insure our buyer receives their goods without any problems. Defective products will be replaced FREE charge. We hope you can tell us what the problem is in order to we can find the reason and improve.

2. colors

You may select colors from the color ring we sent you, or send us your color samples. Our technical worker can produce exact colors you ordered.

3. How to get the catalogs & samples?

We hope you can pay the postage and little sample charge. If you have activate account of DHL ,FEDEX or UPS,its more easy to do it. Simply tell us your account of these Express ,your post address and the name of person in charge, you will get the samples within days. Of course ,we must try our best to do the sample confirming well before production.
